Hello faithful Abridgers,

This blog passed the four year mark on March 29th without so much as a photo post. So as you can tell from the content (which lately has ranged between thin to non-existent) I’ve been a pretty busy fellow and regular blogging has fallen to the wayside.

Many things have conspired to keep me busy, and it has been a chore just to post items to Flickr – nevermind expounding on them in great detail, which I enjoy doing here. So it may be this way for a little while, as we settle into summer during which time we’ll be traveling a bit, with and without the Airstream, participating in a canoe marathon, and hopefully participating in both the Lake Forest, IL antique car show and the Airstream International rally, which this summer will be held up the road in Madison, WI.

Hopefully I’ll be back on track soon with photos, stories and a general record of the everyday mundane experiences of myself, Melissa, Nell and Nina. And as always, thank you for your friendship.
